During this seminar will we cover major concepts, methodologies, and tools and their integration into a coherent project management framework. We will address the role of the project manager, the project management team and the PMO (Project Management Office) in implementing and controlling projects, programs and portfolios.

This seminar will provide you with a basic understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) as a defined by the Project Management Institute (PMI), and as a foundation for future related studies.
