Buyer persona development for B2B environments - 2019-09-26 - 2019-09-30

Purpose: Develop a detailed profile of people buying B2B products or services in order to aid their sales process.

Why: Because we are selling to people in B2B environments.

Basically, "buyer personas" are research-based archetypal (modeled) representations of who buyers are, what they are trying to accomplish, what goals drive their behavior, how they think, how they buy, where they buy, when buyers decide to buy and why they make buying decisions.
